Very approachable and easy to talk to. Very helpful with advice both before and after surgery. Quite a complicated surgery was very successful. I have only good things to say about Mr. Chitsabesan and his team.

Mr Chitsabesan put me at ease from the first moment I met him. He listens carefully to your worries and talks you through them clearly. Although my problem was very embarrassing to discuss, he made it so easy to tell him everything and he just understood. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, I came out of his surgery feeling so assured and with some excellent advice and feeling 1000 times better than when I went in. He is the first person I would go to if I ever had a similar problem again.

Mr Chistabesan was incredibly kind and patient with me. I was very anxious about an embarrassing procedure and he did his best to put me at ease. He talked to me during the procedure to distract me. He gave me lots of time to ask questions and he reassured me enormously. I am anxious about another invasive procedure coming up, but I am really pleased to be under his care as I feel in very safe hands. He is first class.

Mr Chitsabesan took over my care from the outstanding Mr Alexander who had performed surgery for colorectal cancer 3 years earlier. Although initially concerned about a change of consultants, I was relieved to find that Mr Chitsabesan also possessed the knowledge and characteristics that help make these experiences that much more bearable. He listened to my concerns and provided useful advice, always delivered in a pleasant and caring manner. I would certainly recommend Mr Chitsabesan and would also seek him out if I require further treatment in the future.
